My Grandpa is 95 years old.
And he’s in remarkable shape.
Let’s just hope that I got passed the same genes. The man is so sharp mentally in addition to has just the most incredible perspective in addition to approach to life. His body isn’t as spry of course. But he takes that in stride. He lives in an assisted living place that has just the best quality heating in addition to air. I love to go get him love every other weekend for a day in addition to lunch with the family in the air conditioner of our house. This time of year, the central air conditioner is just running all the time. But that’s what you get when you live in a region where the heat in addition to humidity are just staggering. Grandpa just cares about our kids in addition to they simply like in addition to idolize him. They are at an age now where they can like our Grandpa in addition to all the things he has seen through the years. This past weekend, Grandpa nearly blew their little minds when he regaled them with stories about growing up on the family farm. That was a honestly easy life. My kids simply couldn’t think that Grandpa didn’t have residential Heating & A/C. It’s just something that is completely beyond their grasp. Frankly, it sort of puts the hurt on our mind as well. Just trying to manage the several months of heat season separate from central air conditioner is tough to fathom. Those kids couldn’t take their eyes off of Grandpa as he told them about having to get up before 3 in the morning to get the farm labor complete. Then, it was find a shady spot in addition to hope for a breeze. That man is a better man than I.
