I know it seems lame but I really am super excited about going on vacation where the HVAC cooling is just superior. To most folks, the central air conditioning or HVAC cooling where they are going on vacation is pretty secondary. Yet, I have spent a few family vacations in a sweltering room with commercial HVAC that just was overwhelmed, old or just couldn’t get it done. That will leave a lasting impression on a person. I want to go on vacation and enjoy the entire experience. And there is nothing like bad air conditioning to mar the whole trip. As a family, we like to go to a beach for vacation. When the kids were young, we went to resorts where there were plenty of things for them to do. Plus, there were recreation programs for the kids so my wife and I could go and do some things on our own. I love my children but it sure is nice to have a few hours alone with their mom. However, as the kids got older, they wanted to be on their own more. Of course, we were shut down for a couple of summers because we were staying close to the HVAC security of home due to the pandemic. So this year, we are going to the same beach area but not staying in a resort. Instead, we found a vacation rental that is a few blocks from the beach but also close enough to the town center for the kids to ride their bikes in. Yet, the biggest draw for me is the space and the fact that this place has brand new residential HVAC. Not only that but this vacation rental also has zone controlled HVAC. And the master bedroom has a thermostat all to itself.
