It’s great to know a really good HVAC professional. This is close to the way my dad was about knowing who was working on his car. My dad was a pilot by trade but he started with the airline as a mechanic. So the man knew his way around an engine. He used to say that an honest mechanic was worth more than a good doctor. So it’s even better for me that I not only trust my HVAC professional, I love him. My HVAC professional is my son. He’s actually a partner in an heating and cooling business. I don’t know how it happened but that boy was just so passionate about building an HVAC company. He’s highly certified and a licensed HVAC contractor. So I’m pretty set when it comes to HVAC service. And I’ve learned a bit more about why to appreciate my residential HVAC and all the HVAC technology that goes with it. It was pretty easy to turn to my son when it came to getting my stubborn mom to upgrade the residential HVAC in her home. She’d been rocking the same central air conditioning system for many decades. The ductwork was shot as was the HVAC unit. So the only way that woman would agree to let us help her with a new ductless mini split system was if my son installed it. Of course, he was more than happy to get out and do some real heating and cooling work. And my mom thinks that these ductless heat pumps are the best quality heating and air she’s ever experienced. I have to agree with her.
