After spending almost 6 months going to Heating, Ventilation & A/C classes, I was still unsure if I was ready to become an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional.
My father told myself and others I had done an amazing task, & it was time to practice what I had l received.
He put myself and others with their most experienced Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional they had in the supplier & told myself and others to prove what I could do.I knew I could do the task, although I was afraid to work with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional my dad had assigned to work with me. Before going to Heating, Ventilation & A/C technical school, I had referred to him as an uncle. Now, my uncle had become the man who was going to either make or split my career as an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional. I knew him to be a fair man, although I also knew he was taxing on up-to-date recruits. He believed that being taxing on a up-to-date Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional would make them realize what they were going to have to go through when they were no longer under his tutelage. Once I got over my fear, I got into the maintenance van & went to my first Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair. The senior Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech expected myself and others to do the maintenance properly, but he was looking over my shoulder. I was so anxious that I was shaking from head to foot. I should’ve just relax & enjoyed my first morning at work. My instructor talked myself and others through everything I had to do & told myself and others I was going to be an excellent Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech. He said he was proud to be the a single who got to teach myself and others how to do my task.
