My mother was questioning our labor ethics.

Of everyone in the world that would have a reason to question our labor ethics, I never thought it would be our mother.

Mom saw how hard I struggled to make sure I constantly did our best.

I never took shortcuts when doing homework or housework for her. That mom questioned our labor ethics, not just hurt our feelings, but made myself and others minute-guess myself. It was hard enough for myself and others to graduate with honors, but it was even more hard for myself and others to go to Heating and A/C certification school and graduate there with honors. When I started working for the Heating and A/C business, I was working with the senior Heating and A/C professional. He was continually praising myself and others for the labor that I was doing. After only three weeks, he put myself and others out on our own and sent myself and others out on Heating and A/C repairs without another Heating and A/C professional. When mom called to have his furnace worked on for the winter, the Heating and A/C professional sent me. He said the service should go straight-forward since it was our mother, although he was wrong. Because it took myself and others longer than everyone to do the servicing, he told myself and others I was dawdling and wasting time. I told his I was just concerned because I was working for her. She said the fact that I was wasting time that could be used some place else was a sign of how unbelievable our labor ethics were, and he didn’t guess they were actually good. When I get back to the Heating and A/C business, I told him I never wanted to be sent to our parents’ up-to-date home again, and told the owner of the Heating and A/C company with our mother and said.
