They had constantly taught myself and others that when you purchase a up-to-date air conditioner unit; you needed to have a up-to-date home measured, then not only did the size of the air conditioner machine you by depend on how large your up-to-date home was, but it also depended on how much of the load the family was going to put on it.
For instance, if you had 10 teenagers in the up-to-date home were always going in and out of the house, you would use more air conditioner than a family that only had a partner and husband and a small child.
There were a lot of odd factors that went into purchasing a up-to-date AC unit. In our instance, when I called the Heating and A/C company and ask for a company to come out because I needed a up-to-date air conditioner unit, all of us had several fluctuations in our family. Over the 15 years since all of us had bought an air conditioner unit, all of us had built an in-law suite for our parents, and all of us added a doctorry for our daughter’s baby. And there were additional needs for our home, that could have possibly meant all of us needed a heavier air conditioner unit. I also wanted an AC machine that would be capable of being used with a whole up-to-date home air purification system. When the Heating and A/C company didn’t measure our up-to-date home for the AC unit, I refuse to buy one from him. I wanted to purchase an AC machine from a company that cared about their customers. I knew our Heating and A/C company wasn’t ecstatic with our decision to not purchase from them. Even after I told them about the Heating and A/C company, they refused to change our labor order, which left myself and others with no other recourse than to change Heating and A/C companies.
