The Heating and A/C contractor didn’t measure our condo for the AC unit.

They had always taught myself and others that when you purchase a new air conditioner unit; you needed to have a condo measured! Not only did the size of the air conditioner component you by depend on how big your lake condo was, however it also depended on how much of the load the family was going to put on it. For instance, if you had 10 kids in the condo were consistently going in and out of the house, you would use more air conditioner than a family that only had a hubby and wifey and a small child. There were a lot of strange factors that went into purchasing a new AC unit. In our instance, when I called the Heating and A/C corporation and ask for a contractor to come out because I needed a new air conditioner unit, the people I was with and I had multiple swings in our family. Over the 15 years since the people I was with and I had purchased an air conditioner unit, the people I was with and I had built an in-law suite for our parents, and the people I was with and I added a dentistry for our daughter’s baby. And there were additional needs for our home, that could have possibly meant the people I was with and I needed a heavier air conditioner unit. I also wanted an AC component that would be capable of being used with a whole lake condo whole-house air purifier. When the Heating and A/C contractor didn’t measure our condo for the AC unit, I refuse to buy one from him. I wanted to purchase an AC component from a corporation that cared about their customers. I knew our Heating and A/C corporation wasn’t glad with our decision to not purchase from them. Even after I told them about the Heating and A/C contractor, they refused to change our labor order, which left myself and others with no other recourse than to change Heating and A/C companies.
