I Eventually gained insight how to keep the headaches away

It wasn’t very long ago when I was experiencing headaches nearly everyday and the pain was taxing to deal with.

This was especially taxing for myself and my wife because I’m unable to take the most respected headache meds separate from becoming nauseous.

I’m not sure what changed in my system, I used to take headache meds and they would work. Then as I became older, I would literally vomit whenever taking the medicine. I heard from my doctor that this does happen to people, and then they need to seek alternative medicines to ease the pain. He advised medical cannabis, and surprisingly that has helped a lot; Now if I ever feel a severe migraine, I like some cannabis and relax in my room with the perfect temperature controls, then usually when I crank down the A/C plan in the summer, my headaches are able to calm down. In the winter, I’ll have the heater actually working just right and usually I’ll have the fan actually working. I assume the white noise from the fan helps a lot with soothing my headache pains, but recently though, I determined that I have high blood pressure. It seemed to myself and others that it was a combination of stress and a poor diet. I mean with all the pizza, chicken wings, fried foods and what not, it was no wonder I was having constant headaches. As soon as I took sugar and high sodium foods out of my diet, the headaches started going away! I still love hanging around the home with the perfect temperature control settings, but the headaches are more precious with a healthy diet these days and I hope I can keep things this way.
