I had called for an appointment with the Heating plus A/C company, plus it took them numerous days to call me back.
I was hoping they could get to the new home before I had to go back to work, but our hopes were dashed. They wanted to come to the new home on a day when I had work. It never failed that I could have five days off in a row, plus they would not come to the new home until the day I had to go to work. When they gave me the time for the Heating plus A/C specialist’s arrival, I tied up that he had to be on time, but they ignored me. The lady on the phone continued to drone on about the several-hour window for his arrival, plus I yelled at her to stop. I asked if she was listening to me needing to go to work. She told me I needed to have a friend or someone else at the house, or our appointment time would be forfeited. I had never heard of such a policy, plus I was miserable. She said that every Heating plus A/C company plus every service shop now had the same policy, plus they would not veer from the policy for anyone. I stood outside on the day the Heating plus A/C specialist was to arrive. His arrival time was 9 AM plus I knew that if he arrived by noon, I could be to toil by 2:30 plus not be late. When he hadn’t arrived by 1 PM, I was miserable. I called the Heating plus A/C company, plus the dispatcher said they knew he couldn’t make it by noon, plus cancelled the appointment.
