For a long time, my wifey Ed plus I lived in the suburbs with our 3 children where the taxes were especially rough. We talked a lot about building a lake house out in the country. This way, the two of us wouldn’t have such ridiculously high taxes plus Ed and I would have a brand modern lakeside house customized to our needs! We both have successful jobs plus added together, Ed and I had more than enough money to build a certainly nice home. It basically was like designing our private dream home together, plus it was a beautiful thing. We bought a large piece of property that was away from it all. Our driveway was paved plus attached to 1 of the main roads in the area. The place of our lakeside house was away from everything plus totally peaceful. Ed and I even saw a bunch of bald eagles flying around while in the construction process. Ed and I worked with some great local contractors. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractors were especially impressive because they take care of sheet metal fabrication. They built such an amazing air duct system. They had proposed that the two of us go for high velocity heating plus cooling. The air ductwork is more narrow compared to traditional ducts plus the two of us went for a rounded air duct which works wonderful with high velocity Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems. Not only is our lakeside house a beautiful place to behold, but our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system is quite energy efficient plus works so suddenly. We can heat or cool our place down within a few minutes, plus I’m not even exaggerating! Whenever the two of us have our friends plus family come out these nights, they can’t stop talking about the beautiful landscaping, plus how lovely plus cozy our lakeside house is. We have an extravagant fireplace in the home office plus in our master kitchen also, so we’re constantly cozy at home.
